Abstract This study examines the mediating role of E-Satisfaction in the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Perceived Usefulness and E-Loyalty among Gojek app users in East Java. The population comprised Gojek users in East Java, with a sample of 210 Gojek users aged 18 who had used the app in the past three months and were familiar with Gojek’s CSR program. Data collected through online questionnaires were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. Results show that CSR and E-Satisfaction significantly influence E-Loyalty, while Perceived Usefulness does not directly affect it. Both CSR and Perceived Usefulness enhance E-Loyalty through E-Satisfaction.

Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Perceived Usefulness, E-Satisfaction, E-Loyalty.
