Aims
The SPECTRUM Journal of Social Science is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to advancing applied and interdisciplinary social science research focused on social systems, organizational structures, educational environments, and socio-economic development.
The journal emphasizes the systematic study of how institutions, organizations, and communities evolve under conditions of technological, economic, and social change. It promotes research that integrates theoretical frameworks with empirical analysis to generate insights that are both academically rigorous and practically relevant.
Rather than encouraging unrestricted interdisciplinarity, the journal adopts a structured systems-oriented approach in which multiple social science perspectives are integrated within clearly defined analytical domains, with a focus on institutional functioning, organizational effectiveness, educational outcomes, and socio-economic development processes.
The journal prioritizes evidence-based research that contributes to improving institutional performance, public sector efficiency, educational systems, and sustainable development, particularly in emerging and developing contexts.
