THE INFLUENCE OF WORKLOAD, MOTIVATION AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Workload, Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study was all 35 technical employees of PERUMDA Air Minum Tirta Baluran Situbondo. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling, all members of the population are sampled. The main research data was obtained from the results of a questionnaire which was analyzed using multiple linear regression and processed using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that Workload has significant negative effect on Employee Performance, while Motivation and Work Environment have a significant positive effect on Employee Performace, and Workload, Motivation, and Work Environment together have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance.
